First and foremost I need to thank Mrs R Pousson for her help in learning how to make these rosaries and bracelets. Without
her help I wouldn't be in a position to sell these wonderful keepsakes.
Keepsake rosaries made from flowers from your special occasion.
The rosary to the right is a LARGE rosary and was scented with rose oil and red food coloring was added to enhance the
color.
I made the rosary to the right with rose petals, water & flour. That is how I got the color to remain that color.
But other rosaries will be either black or tan, depending on the color rose. (Yellow and white are usually tan, all others
are usually black) This is due to the way they are prepared. The ones made with flour have to be stored properly as
I have heard after years, bugs may eat away at them. The new way I have been
taught is to NOT use flour. Just rose petals and Elmer's glue. But I can make them either way you choose. Personally, the
ones made with the glue are hardier and do not have a tendancy to want to chip and wear with use. I suggest the ones made
with flour ONLY if they are to be stored properly. If the bracelets and rosaries/chaplets are to be used I strongly suggest
the ones made with glue. I can also add a scent BUT ONLY to the ones made with flour.
